Trends in Food and Home Design to Use and Enjoy Now
Judi Gallagher grew up in a family where food was an “obsession”. When eating breakfast they would often discuss what to have that night for dinner. She hosted her first dinner party in 5th grade. She baked as a child too…cookies, brownies and even developed her own recipes. She loved watching Galloping Gourmet and Julia Child too. Now Judi is the Culinary Director at ABC7 on the daily Chef Judi’s Dish show, runs a public relations firm, writes and edits for print magazines, teaches and hosts demos with chefs all over the world.
Marsha Fottler got her start in media in high school and college working on the school newspapers, majoring in English, reading and writing as much as she could. Her first job at the Boston Globe was in classified advertising and she worked her way up, ending up on the Women’s Pages…a term no longer used! Today, it’s called the Lifestyle Section. Now Marsha has an extensive portfolio of Home and Real Estate features writing for the Sarasota Herald Tribune; is the Food & Wine editor for Sarasota Magazine, does community relations work for non-profits, and appears on TV programming in the home and design fields.
